Our Basic Package Includes:
- Vacuum all area rugs and carpets including the corners
- Sweep or vacuum and damp mop all hard wood floors with Murphy’s oil soap.
- Dust all baseboards, molding, window sills, shelves and other woodworks.
- Dust blinds / shutters and remove all cobwebs from surfaces and corners.
- Dust and polish furniture.
- Dust picture frames, knick knacks, lamps, lampshade and light fixtures, etc.
- Change linens and make beds (if you leave them out on the beds).
- Empty out waste baskets.
- Wipe finger prints off around door knobs and light switch plates.
Kitchen
- Clean the outsides of all appliances.
- Wipe down counter tops, sink and backsplash.
- Sweep and mop floor.
- Clean microwave inside and out.
- Wipe top of refrigerator where possible.
- Wipe down outside of cabinets and fridge.
Bathrooms
- Clean and sanitize shower, tile, tub, toilet and sink.
- Clean mirrors and mop the floors.
